MAKONAIRE BEAUTY is preparing to launch direct-to-consumer shipping within the United States. International shipping is not planned for Phase 1 unless separately approved later.

Order processing

Shipping methods and delivery estimates

PENDING APPROVAL: Confirm the approved carriers, available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and any service-area exclusions. Delivery times should be stated as estimates rather than guarantees unless an approved service commitment supports them.

Shipping rates and complimentary shipping

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before an order is placed.

PENDING APPROVAL: Confirm the final complimentary-shipping threshold and any exclusions after pricing, landed cost, fulfilment cost and projected order value have been approved. Do not publish the current provisional threshold as final.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive shipment information through the approved order-notification process. Tracking availability and timing depend on the selected carrier and fulfilment workflow.

Address accuracy and changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an address needs to be corrected, contact MAKONAIRE BEAUTY as soon as possible. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

PENDING APPROVAL: Confirm the operational process for carrier delays, missing packages, damaged parcels, replacement eligibility, documentation requirements and escalation ownership. Until this is confirmed, do not promise automatic replacement or refund outcomes.

International shipping

MAKONAIRE BEAUTY is launching in the United States only. International shipping is not active at launch and may be reassessed after operations stabilize.
